PURPOSE:To enable forming wherein a sink is not caused on the surface of moldings and also to obtain sufficient resistance to extraction by making one part of a mold for insert-forming a bolt of the heat resistant elastic material and forming a hole for holding the bolt having prescribed dimension to said one part. CONSTITUTION:In the fitting structure of the quarter window of an automobile, when a bolt 10 is insert-formed in the prescribed part of a window member 20 as the insert moldings, a top force 30 and a bottom force 31 described below are prepared. This bottom force 31 has both a recessed part 32 for forming a projected part 21 which buries a bolt head part 11 and a hole 33 for inserting the screw part 15 of the bolt. The circumference R of the hole 33 is formed into a shape which has depth h2 shorter than length h1 under the bolt neck by prescribed dimension DELTAh by heat resistant material such as rubber. In the case of setting the bolt 10 in this heat resistant material, the bolt head part 11 is introduced into the recessed part 32 by DELTAh from the inlet of the hole 33. The window member 20 with the bolt 10 inserted thereinto is formed by introducing molten resin in this state. |
