PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a burst error which is produced by a scratch, etc., on the surface of a disk when the same data are repeatedly recorded on a CD, etc., for correcting or revising errors. CONSTITUTION:At least one adjusting section 8 is inserted into one data gap between the repeatedly recorded same data 4, 5, and 6 and the length of the section 8 is set so that the same point in at least two of the same data 4, 5, and 6 cannot be arranged in parallel on the same circumference. Therefore, at least one data can be read even when a scratch 12, etc., exists on the surface of a disk. |
