PURPOSE:To improve the sealing properties of an insulated tube and a connecting tube serving as the main parts and reliability of a junction part and also make them in compact sizes so as to reduce the space of a set-up place. CONSTITUTION:Connecting tubes 11, 12 are soldered on both axial ends of an insulated tube 10 formed of ceramics and piping 13 is joined with the connecting tube 12. One side supporting tube mounting seat 16 is connected to the piping 13, a bellows 14 is joined between the connecting tube 12 and the piping 15, and the other side supporting tube mounting seat 16 is connected to the piping 13. The supporting tube mounting seat 16 is in a cylindrical form so as to enable the connection of the outer piping thereto while being provided with a screw 16c on its periphery and an insulated supporting tube 17 provided with screws 17b on its inner peripheries on both side end parts in the axial direction is inserted in the axial direction while being screwed in order to integrally connect and fix the whole body. |
