PURPOSE:To improve slip properties, winding suitability, abrasion resistance, and running durability and to diminish coarse particles that may cause dropouts. CONSTITUTION:Inert inorganic particles are dispersed into a base material for polyester film in an amount of 0.01-0.50wt.%. The particles have an average particle diameter of 0.1-2.0mum and such a shape that the area of the particle accounts for 60% or more of the circumcircle therefor. The particles are those treated with a zircoaluminate coupling agent having an organic functional group. |
