PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight/highly flexible battery having excellent characteristics by arranging an electrically conductive high polymer material film on a current collecting plate formed of carbon fiber fabric so as to form a battery electrode. CONSTITUTION:Sheet like fabric is formed as a current collecting plate of a battery electrode by using PAN-related and coal or oil pitch-related carbon fiber. An electrically conductive high polymer material film, which is obtained by polymerizing anilne, pyrrole, thiophene, benzen or these derivatives, is formed on this current collecting plate. Furthermore, by using this current collecting plate as an electrode, a lightweight/thin type/highly flexible battery having a large surface area and also having excellent characteristics can be provided. |
