摘要 PURPOSE:To load electronic parts at a high speed and also detect floating of leads of electronic parts by comprising a position detecting camera for detecting position of electronic parts, an absorbing nozzle to be provided for displacement in the direction of Z axis and in the theta direction and an X-Y robot for guiding such absorbing nozzle in the X-Y direction. CONSTITUTION:A mounting apparatus 21 comprises an X-Y robot 22 and an X-Y stage 23. The X-Y robot 22 displaces integrally a Y-robot 13 and an X- robot 12 and also moves the Y-robot 13 along the X-robot 12. Deviation (x, 7, theta) between the ideal position and actual position of IC3 is calculated on the basis of an output from a position detecting camera 28. The X-Y robot 22 is driven on the basis of the calculation result and the absorbing nozzle 24 displaces, matching the axial center of the absorbing nozzle 24 with the center of IC3. Moreover, if leads of IC3 are bent or floated, defective ICs3 are left in a pallet 30 and exhausted to the outside.
