PURPOSE:To allow the rebuilding of the skin at an excellent take rate by coating a sheet consisting of collagen sponge provided with plural pieces of through- holes as skeleton with a gelatinous biofibrous high-polymer material. CONSTITUTION:The gelatinous atherocollagen 4 is built into the through-holes 3 of a matrix. There is no possibility that the cells run off by falling from the through-holes at the time of culturing the cells on this matrix. The nutritious components in the body are smoothly supplied through the through-holes to the epidermic cell layer after the culture skin obtd. by propagating and double layering the epidermic cells on the matrix surface is implanted to the lacked part of the skin. Further the surface of the matrix is coated with the gelatinous atherocollagen 5 and, therefore, the adhesion of the fibroblast cell layer and the epidermic cells to the matrix surface is so good that the take rate of the culture skin is greatly improved if the produced culture skin is implanted. |
