PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition having small ceramic crystal particle diameter, uniform and excellent fine structure, high mechanical strength and high reliability without lowering electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and suitable for high-output ultrasonic vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition has a principal composition consisting of three components expressed by Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3-PbZrO3-PbTiO3 and contains 0.03-0.15wt.% of Sb2O3 and 0.02-0.15wt.% of SiO2 as subsidiary components. |
