摘要 PURPOSE: To electrodeposit or fix a biological molecule of relatively thick laminar molecule by conditioning a solution of sufficiently buffered biological molecule, immersing a biosensor electrode and a counter electrode into the solution, and then varying the voltage selectively to obtain a substantially constant inter-electrode current. CONSTITUTION: A solution 30 of biological molecule to be electrodeposited is buffered within a range where the biological molecule is protected against deterioration and in a rage sufficient for all particles of the biological molecule to be electrodeposited to have identical net chargeability with reference to individual isoelectric points. A biosensor electrode 22 and a counter electrode 20 are immersed into the solution 30 and a current is fed while setting potential differences of about 100mV and 1V between the electrodes. The voltage is calculated to make the current between the electrodes substantially constant and then it is varied with time so that biological molecules are transferred to the electrode 22 side and electrodeposited thereto. After the biological molecules are electrodeposited up to a desired thickness, stability of a biological molecule membrane is enhanced by means of a crosslinking agent.
