<p>PURPOSE: To obtain good chemically etching characteristics by forming a laminate of a metallic layer, an adhesive composition layer made of a crosslinking reactive oligomer having a specific phenolic ester group in a skeleton, and a polyimide layer. CONSTITUTION: The laminate comprises a metallic layer of copper or the like, an adhesive composition layer, and an etchable polyimide layer. The adhesive composition layer is formed of a crosslinked epoxy, crosslinked reactive oligomer such as a crosslinked oligoimide or the like having a hydrolyzable phenolic ester group of an equal amount of a range of 200 to 10,000 in a skeleton. In the adhesive composition layer, the film having a thickness of 50 m of the composition after curing contains 13 wt.% of a potassium hydroxide, 11 wt.% of distilled water and 76 wt.% of ethanol. It is set to decompose by alternately submerging and agitating it in a solution at 60 deg.C for one minute, in a bath of deionized water at 60 deg.C for 30 sec within 50 cycles.</p> |
