PURPOSE:To considerably reduce the amount of data in a sentence example file, to reduce work for a document data check and to reduce the man-hour of correction when correcting the data. CONSTITUTION:In the document preparing device to prepare a document based on one sentence example file selected out of plural sentence example files, a sentence to be used in common for the plural sentence example files is turned to a common file, a corresponding code is recorded in each sentence example file, the part of the code in the sentence example is detected, file when reading each sentence example file, and the character string corresponding to the code is read from the common file and replaced (steps S4-S7). |
