MANUFACTURE OF FE-NI ALLOY SOFT MAGNETIC MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for easily manufacturing an Fe-Ni alloy sintered body having excellent soft magnetic properties. CONSTITUTION:The powder of 0.5 to 10wt.% Ni-Fe is mixed with a wax binder, and this mixture is kneaded and is thereafter pelletized into the shape of a pellet. This pellet is subjected to injection molding by an injection molding machine and is thereafter subjected to dewaxing treatment. Next, it is subjected to annealing treatment and is gradually cooled to an ordinary temp. at 2 to 50 deg.C/min cooling rate to manufacture a sintered body. In this way, a soft magnetic sintered body with a complicated shape having high density, high performance and soft magnetic properties can easily and stably be supplied by an injection molding method.
