PURPOSE:To eliminate the measurement by the operator by measuring and storing line quality when a data transmission line is deteriorated and an alarm signal is informed frequently. CONSTITUTION:A line quality measurement section 4 always measures and monitors the line quality of a communication section 3. When the line quality is deteriorated from threshold quality, it is informed to an alarm counter 2. When a frequency offset takes place in a line used for the communication, the measurement section 4 informs an offset alarm to a counter 2. When the counter 2 receives the said alarm signal for 10 times or over for 5 minutes, the result is informed to a storage section 1. The storage section 1 receives a line quality data automatically and stores it. Thus, the measurement by the operator is not required. |
