<p>The device is used to transfer electrical energy and binary coded data between galvanically separated electrical and/or electronic units (ZE, PE). It uses a DC/DC converter with one winding (W1) periodically coupled to a DC source (U1) via a switch (50) and a second winding (W2) coupled to a load (PE) via a rectifier (GD, C). The induced voltage pulses within the windings (W1, W2) are modulated upon opening the switch (SO) via further switches (S1, S2), each connected in series with a diode (D1, D2).</p> |
