PRODUCTION OF KAPPA-CASEIN GLYCOMACROPEPTIDE

摘要

PURPOSE:To readily produce a kappa-casein glycomacropeptide having various bioactivities by adsorbing kappa-casein glycomacropeptide on an anion exchanger and isolating it from other mingled proteins. CONSTITUTION:A milky raw material containing kappa-casein glycomacropeptide with <=pH 4 is brought into contact with an anion exchanger and fractions adsorbed on the anion exchanger are eluted and collected. The collected eluate is then concentrated and desalted, thus producing the objective kappa-casein glycomacropeptide.
