PURPOSE:To offer a deposition method for forming a deposit having high strength and in which internal stress is relaxed by the deposition of powder beams. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of powders with different softening points are mixed, and this mixed powder is sprayed and deposited on a substrate 10 at >=50m/sec speed to form a deposit 11. Then, its temp. is raised till the powder with the lower softening point between the powders used for the mixing is melted, and annealed is executed, by which they are brought into reaction with to obtain a deposit having high strength. |
