<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition exhibiting continuous insecticidal effect over a long period and having improved total evaporation amount and effective evaporation rate of insecticide by compounding a compound having clogging-prevention effect in an organic solvent solution of an insecticide. CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent solution of an insecticide such as pyrethroidal insecticide, carbamate-type insecticide and organic phosphorus insecticide is compounded with 0.2-1.0wt.% (preferably 0.3-0.9wt.%) of one or more compounds selected from 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene, 3-t-butyl-4-hydroxyanisole, mercaptobenzimidazole, dilauryl-thio-di-propionate, 3-t-butyl-4-methoxyphenol, alpha-tocopherol, ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, 2,2'-methylene-bis(6-t-butyl-4- methylphenol), phenyl-beta-naphthylamine, N,N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, etc. The composition is suitable for a sucking-type thermal evaporation insecticidal device utilizing a liquid-sucking wick.</p> |
