PURPOSE:To obtain lotion paper for cleaning the periphery of anus used after evacuation, which can be wasted into a toilet as it is after use. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble paper soaked with a composite material bearing one or more kinds of oily components in vegetable oil, animal oil, and synthetic oil has a hydrophobic nonionic surfactant, HLB 7-13, of 0.1-20% of the composition by weight, and it is an oily lotion but has affinity with water. Hence, it is prevented from sticking to the inside of a toilet and even when it sticks to hands, it can be washed easily with water, and further, no inconvenient cases due to the weakened strength of paper are brought as to production and usage thereof. |
