PURPOSE:To provide a toner excellent in charge stability under high temp., high humidity and in fixation under low temp., and to provide a method to form an image of good quality over several times even if using an organic light conductive sensitive body of negative charge type. CONSTITUTION:The toner contains a block copolymer or a graft copolymer as an essential component which is made by chemically bonding 3-50 pts.wt. of amine modified crystalline polyester with 50-97 pts.wt. of amorphous vinyl copolymer. And the image formation method is to develop an electrostatic image forming on the organic light conductive sensitive body of negative type using the toner. |
