PURPOSE:To removably constituting a probe for preventing infection and contamination, utilize the push-out water as a pressure transmitting body for specifying the quantity of a sample discharged in the discharge process, and provide the sample separate injecting method inserting an air layer between the pressure transmitting body and the sample so that the pressure transmitting body and the sample are not mixed. CONSTITUTION:A syringe is decompressed, and some air is sucked at the probe tip section of a probe main body 2 to form an air layer 50. The syringe is again decompressed, and a sample 52 to be discharged into a reaction container is sucked into a probe. The sample 52 to be discharged, the air layer 50 and the push-out water 7 are constituted in the probe main body 2 in sequence from the probe tip section. |
