PURPOSE:To shorten time for switching connection between circuit elements and further to improve throughput as the entire circuit composed of the circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:A storage device 31 is arranged by one-to-one to a changeover switch provided in a changeover switch circuit 21 for connecting the circuit elements built in a circuit element array 22 and equipped with plural storage circuits respectively building-in the same number of memory cells as the number of the pairs of switch changeover information concerning the changeover switches provided in the changeover switch circuit 21, and a switch changeover circuit 32 is inserted by one-to-one between the storage circuit provided at the storage device 31 and the changeover switch provided at the changeover switch circuit 21 and is provided to select one pair out of the plural pairs of switch changeover information held in the storage circuits of the storage device 31 and to apply it to the changeover switch of the changeover switch circuit 21. Thus, the total number of the circuit elements can be effectively reduced, and the entire circuit can be miniaturized. |
