PURPOSE:To improve security by setting operating-time zone data to be compared and checked in magnetic card data when an electronic lock is registered and permitting locking and release only within the time zone when the electronic lock is operated. CONSTITUTION:A sub-CPU 30 for locking and releasing a door is annexed to a main CPU 22 mounted to the control circuit of a cash dispenser, etc. A circuit device is set at a registration mode, and an ID number and an operation limiting time zone are input. These data are recorded in a card key through a card reader 20 while being registered to a RAM 32. When the key is locked or released, the information of the card key is read by the card reader 20, and the sub-CPU 30 decides the propriety of locking or release on the basis of the information and the present time of a timer having a built-in CPU. Accordingly, the erroneous use and misfeasance use of the card key can be prevented. |
