PURPOSE:To decrease the cost and to improve the temperature characteristic of an output by constituting a supporting part for supporting a detecting part of a cylinder container and two columnar projecting parts provided at the diagonal position of the edge part of the opening of the container, fixing both ends of the strip-shaped plate of the detecting part to the slit-shaped groove part at the tip of the projecting part, and constituting the detecting part and the supporting part of the material having the same thermal expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A detecting part 3 is formed of only a strip-shaped plate, and piezoelectric elements 31-1 and 31-2 are fixed. The central part of the detecting part 3 is coupled with a U-shaped recess part of a linking part 10-4 of a tuning fork 10. Both ends are coupled into a slit-shaped groove part of a main body 61 constituting a supporting part. A cap 62 is coupled with an engaging part 61-3. Thus, tightly sealed tube body is formed. The cap 62 and the main body 61 are formed of the material having the same thermal expansion coefficient as that of the detecting part 3. The generation of thermal stress due to temperature change is eliminated. A hinge having strict size accuracy is not necessary. Since the detecting part of the strip-shaped plate is fixed by welding, the cost can be decreased by the large extent. |
