PURPOSE:To realize stability of temperature control and temperature control involving quick action when cooked materials are input, by memorizing a power output value decided by fuzzy rule in a storage unit of a temperature controller used for electric cooking device and making temperature control by appointing its output according to a temperature and a temperature gradient detected by a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 22 is connected to a temperature detection means 21 so as to measure the duration time of output from the A/D converter 22 staying at a constant bit, by using a timer means 23. A reference value decided by a fuzzy rule store in a memory unit 24 is selected from those results and oscillation frequency of a high frequency wave generating source 18 is varied by a varying means 17, to have a temperature controller of cooling device which can set the optimum power output for temperature rising or cooking. |
