PURPOSE:To provide a polypropylene resin composition comprising crystalline polypropylene, poly-4,4-dimethyl-1-pentene, and a specific phosphorous nucleating agent, having highly excellent rigidity and transparency, enabling formation of thin molded products, and giving high molding rates. CONSTITUTION:A polypropylene resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of crystalline polypropylene having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.1-10 and an other olefin content of 0-50wt.%, (B) 0.0001-1 pt.wt. of poly-4,4-dimethyl-1-pentene polymerized in the presence of a stereo-regular catalyst, preferably the polymer which is obtained by polymerizing 4,4-dimethyl-1-pentene and subsequently polymerizing propylene in the polymer and which has a poly-4,4-dimethyl-1-pentene content of 0.001-10wt.% and the same or less intrinsic viscosity as or than that of the component A, and (C) 0.005-1 pt.wt. of a compound of the formula (R1 is S or 1-4C alkylidene; R2-R5 are H, 1-5C alkyl; M is mono-trifunctional metal; n is an integer of 1-3), preferably the compound having particle sizes of 50mum and containing Na or Li as the M. |
