PURPOSE:To provide a polymer material weakened in the adhesion force between copper and the insulative coating polymer material, having excellent peelability from the copper when the end of an electric wire or cable is processed, and used for coating the electric wires or cables. CONSTITUTION:A suitable amount of a sulfone compound is added to such an ethylenic copolymer as producing an acid by the thermal decomposition of the copolymer to crosslink the composition. Since an adhesion force between copper and the ethylenic copolymer can be weakened, the employment of the crosslinked composition for the insulative coating of the electric cables, etc., improves the peelability of the insulating material. |
