PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture where in case of manufacturing of a fiber- reinforced phenolic resin foam, it is moldable into a product having a smooth surface already at a manufacturing stage. CONSTITUTION:Roving 4 which is impregnated with a large quantity of phenolic resin to which a foaming agent is not added is arranged in a stratified state on the surface of a laminated body obtained by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabric glass fiber mats 1...1 impregnated with the phenolic resin to which the foaming agent is added, fed to a pultrusion mold 5, the foregoing phenolic resin is cured while foaming the same and they are integrated together, through which a molded body having a smooth surface is obtained. |
