PURPOSE:To decrease the burden of an operator and depend on a system in every way for a part controlled by a computer by using a registering data base and a knowledge data base and performing automatically the action of the performable processing unit. CONSTITUTION:A customer H requests the transaction to a bank and a robby terminal I prepares the request information in place of writing the transaction request sheet by the customer H. A hand-written character reading device J reads the data of the transaction request sheet written by the customer H and helps the data input operation of an operator F. A controller B is connected with memories C and D, plural terminals E and a bankbook and document automatic processor G, a memory C stores the data of the processing unit and the related data, a memory D stores the necessity of the addition of the automatic processing and the knowledge base. The processor G performs the automatic transaction processing of the bankbook and the document. Here, the processing unit and the handling unit are stored into a system as data, the processing unit is successively performed and controlled and the completion from the reception of the handling unit is controlled. |
