<p>PURPOSE:To enable an inner resistor to be lessened in resistance dispersion so as to protect a base material against damage induced at trimming the inner resistor by a method wherein a resistor layer is formed on the inner side of an inner circuit copper foil, and the disc-shaped part of the resistor layer is made to serve as an inner resistor. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 4 or a prepreg 4 and a copper foil are laminated on both the sides of an inner board provided with inner circuits 1a and 1b and an inner resistor 2a, the laminate concerned is formed into one piece by thermocompression for the formation of a multilayer laminate, and a through-hole connection 5 and an outer circuit are provided to the multilayer laminate to form a multilayer printed wiring board provided with an inner resistor. Especially, a resistor layer 2 is formed on the inner side of the inner circuit copper foil of the inner board. Through the inverted disc-shaped pattern of the inner circuits 1a and 1b, the disc-shaped part of the resistor layer 2 is formed as the inner resistor 2a. By this setup, basing on the combination of the diameters of a land and a clearance hole, the inner resistor 2a is easily designed in resistance value and moreover not required to be aligned with the inner circuits 1a and 1b.</p> |
