<p>PURPOSE:To make the rotation of a movable member smooth by preventing the winding of a flexible cable on an outer cylindrical part from buckling. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rollers 4 joined together by wire springs 5 to which a radially enlarging resilient force is given and attached to the inner side of the winding of a flexible cable 3 on an outer cylindrical part 9 urges the flexible cable 3 toward the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical part 9. Since the winding of the flexible cable on the outer cylindrical part 9 is outward urged over the entire peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical part 9, the flexible cable wound on the outer cylindrical part 9 is surely paid out toward an inner cylindrical part by way of an inverting part.</p> |
