<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the distortion of coding and to well correct the error data in a high efficient coding device to use the block coding. CONSTITUTION:A digital video signal is converted from a raster sequence to a block sequence by a blocking circuit 2 and coded by a block coding circuit 3. For the block constitution, picture elements are in a space way and closely positioned. The coding code corresponding to respective picture element data is converted to the data of the sequence of a constant figure by an arrangement converting circuit 4. The error correcting coding by an error correcting coding circuit 6 can set an error flag to show the presence of the error for 8 code signals in a block in a reproducing system. Then, after performing the arrangement conversion in the reproducing system, the error correcting can be performed by using the correct data close in a space way.</p> |
