<p>PURPOSE:To enable operators to grasp the status of load handling equipment concretely by displaying the status of load handling installations in installations and the status of load handling installations in each installation area, with different colors using a display means. CONSTITUTION:Signal towers 40-44 as display means are arranged in each equipment area, such as entry/delivery area, conveyance area, storage area, load handling area and management area, in such a location that is visible from a distance and are composed of overlapped red light, blue light and green light, each connected to an installations control device 31. Signals from the installations control device 31 make the red light turned on to indicate abnormality in an automatic warehouse installations in that area, the blue light turned on to indicate automatic shutdown of automatic warehouse installations in the area, and all the three color lights flicker to indicate communication abnormality between automatic warehouse installations in the area and the installations control device 31. Consequently, operators can concretely grasp the status of automatic warehouse installations in each area from distance.</p> |
