A pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous administration is disclosed, which comprises eperisone or tolperisone, including salts thereof, and a monoglyceride of an aliphatic acid having from 8 to 12 carbon atoms and/or an ester of lactic acid with an aliphatic alcohol having from 12 to 18 carbon atoms. This preparation gives rise to improved percutaneous absorption.
