<p>PURPOSE:To perform an intermittent tape traveling operation with high accuracy, stabilized over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A friction gear 30 is disposed to be freely movable in interlocking with the intermittent tape traveling operation, and fixed braking force is imparted by meshing the friction gear 30 with a gear part 12a for driving a cassette moving mechanism of a capstan motor 12 at the time of the intermittent tape traveling operation. By this method, vibration during this operation time is prevented, and the braking force stabilized over a long period of time can be imparted, thus realizing an operation control with high accuracy.</p> |
