PURPOSE:To provide a principal purpose for increasing strength and rigidity in connection part between adjacent section bodies thus to provide good ability of irregular ground traveling. CONSTITUTION:An intersection translation spread mechanism characterized by providing a section body side plate 21, connecting plate 22, intermediate junction plate 23 arranged between both the plates 21, 22, bearing 25 of directly moving performing translational straight advancing motion in a surface with the section body side plate and intermediate junction plate and the connecting plate and intermediate junction plate respectively corresponding, rail 26 for guiding this direct moving bearing, two rack gears 24 provided so as to be opposed respectively to the section body side plate and connecting plate and a pinion gear 27 rotatably supported to the intermediate junction plate further meshed with both the above-mentioned rack gears. |
