PURPOSE:To prevent it that the container stands in the way or the container is damaged due to contact with ground or the like when the user sits down or bends down while the portable telephone set container is mounted to a waist belt. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set container section 11 in which a portable telephone set is contained and a clip 13 to mount the telephone set container section 11 to a waist belt or the like are supported at an optional turning position by a turning coupling means 14. Since the turning angular position is set stepwise by providing an engagement recessed part 26 engaging selectively with an engagement projection 28 of a ring spring 21 to a circular recessed part 19 of the telephone set container section 11, the angle is selected easily.
