<p>PURPOSE:To perform the correct positioning of a column body on the way of conveyance into the specified position of the grip parts of an automatic conveyor device at the time of conveying the column body into the target position by this suspension- type automatic conveyor device for conveying the column body in the gripped state. CONSTITUTION:Halfway in the movement of an automatic conveyor device for conveying a column body 8 in the state of being gripped by grip parts 7, the automatic conveyor device is stopped in a position where the specified position of the grip parts 7 almost coincides with the center between a pair of push plates 4 for opening/closing the column body 8, supported in the axially right-angled state on a parallel-disposed guide roller 1 group of approximately V-shape face, interlockingly from both end sides of the column body 8. The column body 8 in the gripped state is lowered as it is in the parallel state in the vertical direction to its axial direction and the bottom groove 1a direction of the guide roller 1 group so as to be placed on the guide roller 1 group. The gripped state is released, and the push plates 4 are brought into contact with both end parts of the column body to move the column body 8 by pushing. The column body 8 is then gripped again by the automatic conveyor device.</p> |
