PURPOSE:To obtain the supporting structure of a superconducting coil in which the intrusion of heat from the supporting material of the superconducting coil can be made small and also the running cost of cooling can be cut down. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting coil having a magnetic field, consisting of a coil and a core 1, and supported by a supporting material astriding on the side of a coil casing 5 and the side of core 1, the coil is supported by four vertical-directioned supporting materials which are tilted by 20 deg. against the vertical axis, and a horizontal-direction supporting material is unnecessitated. |
