PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a plastic vane which swings at cold air diffuser. CONSTITUTION:A plastic vane 4 is capable of opening/closing a cold air diffuser 3 for blowing cold air off and swings in a predetermined range upon the cold air diffuser being opened. The vane 4 is rotatably supported by a shaft structure 7 and a bearing structure 8 constructed below. More specifically, the shaft structure 7 of the vane 4 possesses its sliding surface where a stainless sleeve 10 is mounted on a plastic shaft part 9 through monolithic molding. the bearing structure 8 possessed its sliding surface where a high wear resistant resin bearing 12 is mounted on a plastic pan part 11 through monolithic molding. Hereby, the vane acting at the cold air diffuser smoothly swings with a long life. |
