PURPOSE:To provide a device which is highly homogeneous, laborsaving and free from impurities and enables agitation.mixing. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rollers 1 are provided horizontally and in parallel with each other, on which two one kg standard vessels for two-pack room temperature curing rubber one put in series by laying in a lengthwise direction of the roller 1, turn them at 10-30r.p.m., especially about 18r.p.m. Then there is a motor 3 turning the above-mentioned roller 1. Then there is a timer 4 which works the above-mentioned motor for 30 minutes to 3 hours, especially about 1-2 hours as a unification rotation of each liquid prior to mixing of the two liquids and works the motor for several minutes as two liquid mixing rotation for the next stage. There is finally a base rest 5 supporting the above- mentioned motor 3 and timer 4 and holding turnably freely both ends of the above-mentioned pair of rollers 1. |
