PURPOSE:To obtain thermal shock resistant ferrite having low porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance, high strength, high saturation magnetic flux density and high permeability. CONSTITUTION:This thermal shock resistant ferrite consists of 40-50mol% Fe2O3 10-35mol% ZnO, 3-10mol% CuO and the balance NiO, further contains 0.03-2wt.% at least one of Bi2O3 and PbO and has grain boundaries of 2-50nm thickness made of an amorphous layer consisting of Bi2O3, PbO and impurities. |
