<p>PURPOSE:To produce an active device with small secular change in the element output. CONSTITUTION:No.1 electrode 2, a ferro-dielectric layer 3 consisting of a copolymeride of VDF and TrFE, No.2 electrode 4, a dielectric layer consisting of acrylic material are provided one over another on an insulative base board 1, and thus an active device is produced. The No.2 electrode 4 will be exfoliated from the ferro-dielectric layer 3 by its piezo-basis vibrations, which should result in secular change, and therefore, the dielectric layers 5 is provided to prevent the exfoliation. The dielectric layer 5 shall be formed at a temp. below the melting point of the ferro-dielectric substance layer 3.</p> |
