PURPOSE:To prevent blisters that are produced by the foaming pressure of a synthetic resin foaming body on the front side of a trapezoidal ridge- processing metal hoop material on the lower surface in the case of manufacturing a heat insulating board by interposing a synthetic resin foaming material between a side edge-processing metal hoop material on the upper surface and a trapezoidal ridge-processing metal hoop material on the lower surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing a heat insulating board by injection-dispersing synthetic resin stirring liquid between a side edge-processing metal hoop 5A on the upper surface and a trapezoidal ridge-processing metal hoop material 4 on the lower surface, by pressing, sliding, and rotating two-stage rollers disposed at predetermined distances and secured in its both ends to side edge panels being laid and mounted on an endless belt on the lower surface, on each of recessed parts 4B on the front side of the trapezoidal ridge-processing metal hoop material on the lower surface, thereby preventing the blisters in the recessed parts thereof. |
