The remote controller, bi-directionally tranceiving the data for starting vehicles or larming with actuators, confirms the functions ordered. The portable remote controlling circuit comprises a transmitting section (TX) operated by transistors (Q103,Q104); a receiving section (RX) operated by a transistor (Q107); a built-in antenna (ANT) actuated by a function button cap (A); an 8 bit microprocessor (IC101) for controlling the transmitting section (TX), the receiving section (RX) and the antenna (ANT); capacitors (C102,C103) adjustable for synchronizing a wanted frequency; buttons (B101-104) generating a magnetic current if pushed, so enhancing a radiation efficiency.
