PURPOSE:To provide the title foam having a uniform integral skin by reaction- injection-molding a polyurethane foam material using water as the blowing agent. CONSTITUTION:A molded integral skin foam is prepared by reaction-injection- molding a polyurethane foam-forming material comprising 0.1-1.5 pts.wt. tin catalyst and 0.3-1.0 pt.wt. water as the blowing agent per 100 pts.wt. polyol component.
