PURPOSE:To reduce a call connection time by sending a signal of a radio control channel in a same radio zone and a signal of a radio talking channel in a same frame phase. CONSTITUTION:Speech channel control trunks 10a, 10b corresponding to radio zones 7a, 7b are respectively connected to control channel controlling trunks 9a, 9b by signal lines 11a, 11b and receive a reference clock synchronously with a radio control channel signal. A reference clock sent from the trunks 9a, 9b forms one multi-frame, then the reference clock shares one period for one multi-frame. A mobile station 8 receives a control signal for channel command through the radio control channel from the trunk 9a and switch over its own frequency to a frequency of a commanded radio speech channel. The trunk 10a sends the signal synchronously with the reference clock received from the trunk 9a via the signal line 11a.
