SCREW POSITION-REGULATING MECHANISM OF VENTED EXTRUDER

PURPOSE:To provide the screw position-regulating mechanism of a vented extruder in which the distance between the outer peripheral surface of dam part and the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder may be easily regulated. CONSTITUTION:A screw 3 is arranged to a sleeve 13 so that its rotating force may be transmitted and the screw is relatively movable in axial direction by connecting means 13a, 13b. The regulating shaft 14 brought in contact with the base end surface of the screw 3 is made movable and regulatable in axial direction by a screw means 14c.
