<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of torsion after heating by using S.Z glass cloth as a glass cloth base material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of glass base material rows, on both outsides of which glass cloth is arranged, are impregnated separately with a cured resin generating no reaction by-product at the time of curing in a liquefied shape by itself under the state, in which the glass base material rows are carried continuously in parallel. The impregnated base materials are laminated and unified, a cover sheet and/or a metallic foil is laminated, and the whole is cut in desired size after continuous curing. S.Z glass is used as the glass cloth base material at that time.</p> |
