PURPOSE:To accurately position a cathode ray tube without damaging the panel front even for a large size cathode ray tube by supporting the panel front and the panel side of the cathode ray tube with ball casters and rollers respectively. CONSTITUTION:This device has ball casters 4 supporting a cathode ray tube 3 at its panel front 1a, and thrusting and pushing rollers 5 and 6 supporting the cathode ray tube 3 at its panel sides 1b and 1c. The tube 3 is moved to a given position by thrusting the roller 5 and also advancing the roller 6 while air is jetted toward the panel front la from an air jetting hole of an sucking pad 13. The tube 3 can be moved by small force because it is supported with the casters 4, allowing fine and accurate positioning. The panel front 1a is opposed with balls 11 to be made unmovable, eliminating rub scratching. |
