<p>The subject application discloses methods and compostions for the targeted detection and/or inhibition of an intracellular protein in a cell by contacting the cell with a cationized antibody which reacts specifically with the intracellular protein. An example of an intracellular protein which can be inhibited in this manner is the Tat protein which is encoded by the HIV-1 virus.</p> |
